All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, if applicable.
United States Shipping Rates & Estimates
American orders larger than an oversized envelope are shipped and tracked through the shipping service provider selected during checkout. Please note that not all shipping options include tracking information.
For Orders Less Than $200 USD Before Tax: Shipping charges and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Orders More Than $200 USD Before Tax: Shipping charges and packaging costs will be covered by Global Canine Academy.
Import & Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Global Canine Academy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you have questions about your order after it has shipped, please check your tracking information or contact the shipping provider. Global Canine Academy is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders of delayed, lost or stolen packages.

How Do I Check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include your tracking number if available. Please note that letter mail and certain types of international mail DO NOT have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If a tracking number is important to you, please specify that in the order notes and we will make sure that you get a tracked option (which will likely be more expensive). You will be responsible to pay the extra fees associated with getting a tracked shipment.
If you haven't received your tracked shipment within 5 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at globalk9academy@gmail.com with your name and order number, or fill out a form on our Contact page, and we will gladly look into it for you.
